Today the term “Some People Don’t Get It” reached an all new level.  Listen, I completely understand that people want to blame me (not all, just a few) for their lack of results. I also accept that neither me, nor my company is perfect.

Have I made mistakes?  Of course.  Have I intentionally tried to scam anyone?  Hell no!  Am I a con artist? Absolutely not.  The fact is that any time ANY PERSON who does business with me or my company isn’t happy - we go out of our way to to make it right.  But, it doesn’t mean we’ll simply refund anyone who asks for just because they ask for it.

And there’s other people who say they can’t find us to even inquire about support.  So, for the record you can call us Monday - Friday 9-5 PST at 888 355 7770 with any questions on any subject OR if you prefer not to speak to a live person you can always open a support ticket because they are answered 7 days a week from our team located in Los Angeles.  Here’s the link.

Now, back to Peter Fry.  Honestly, he’s not the smartest tool in the shed.  He’s going around to as many places on the internet as he can find with the sole purpose of blackmail.  Yes, he’s a stalker, but he’s more than that.  Here’s his most recent comment to me:

“…refund me and I will make an effort to have posts I have made showing the logs taken down and we go our separate ways” Peter Fry

In writing, today, he explained that if we simply refund him (which we will not because he doesn’t qualify for a refund) he will have all his scandalous posts removed from the Internet.  If what he was saying was true - it wouldn’t matter if we issued him a refund or not because he simply wouldn’t remove them.

Peter Fry has issues that go far beyond me or my company.  I wish him the best of success in the future however if you read his comments posted on the Internet for everyone to see - you can use your own judgment as to whether I am someone you’d like to do business with…I simply wanted you to have all the information, stated as accurately as possible.

Peter Fry finished his message to me by saying: “if you give me my money back I will go away never to be heard of again.”

Sorry Peter…you can’t blackmail me.

Ok, I’ll admit it.  I, Adam Ginsberg, have a stalker and his name is Peter Fry.  I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have a stalker, and now I know.  Here’s the real truth:

Peter attended an Adam Ginsberg eBay Seminar a few years. ago. He didn’t have the money to attend, so his uncle paid for it for him.  Yes, he did attend the workshop where he decided to purchase a coaching, mentoring and software package.  He borrowed the money for this as well.

When told me that he “wanted to be on stage as a success story” at another event 30 days later I told him that this simply wasn’t possible.  No one gets rich quick unless they hit the lottery.  This has been my philosophy in regards to making money online for the last 10 years.  It’s not “get rich quick”, it’s “get rich slow and stay rich”.

Peter made a lackluster attempt to be successful.  Perhaps it was the best he could do, but it certainly wasn’t enough to warrant any sort of “success story”.

This program that Peter Fry purchased included a 3 day refund policy (common with software and coaching programs).  After not having the success he had hoped for - 30 days later - he requested a refund.  This was declined.  Peter was under tremendous pressure to reimburse his uncle so his behavior started to make sense.

I spoke to Peter on the phone.  I explained to Peter that he wasn’t eligible for a refund, that he wasn’t following the program, and that he was never promised massive success within 30 days - in fact, the opposite was promised.

Here’s what he says:

“Mr Ginsberg called me and said I couldn’t get my money back because I only had three days to evaluate what was being presented (this was the first time I was aware of this although he insisted when I signed the form I had agreed to that)”.

We offered to send him the form he signed but he wasn’t interested.  If he didn’t read the agreement and didn’t remember signing it - even though we have a copy with his signature on it - how can he blame us for his actions?  The form states the refund policy in 3 places - twice on the front and one on the back.

Peter Fry just doesn’t get it.

A year later Peter showed up at an event I was speaking at with the sole intent of causing a scene.  He was asked to leave.  That didn’t go over well with him.

Now, it’s his intent to make false comments on the internet claiming that Adam Ginsberg is unethical and a scam artist.

People should have the right to their opinion.  However, to make blatantly false statements simply isn’t OK.  Peter Fry tried issuing a chargeback with his credit card company - the decided that the legal, binding contract that he signed, the software he used and the coaching he received did not qualify him for a refund.  The services, as promised were delivered.

He has stated that it’s difficult to reach us or get a response from our company.  That certainly isn’t accurate either.  Anyone having an issues, concern, question, challenge or problem simply needs to open a support ticket at:  http://adamginsbergsupport.com OR call us at 888 355 7770 to speak to a live person.

Our business philosophy is to be fair and honest.  We ask the people we do business with to do the same.  Review the contract, the agreement and the terms.  Not everyone is going to get the results they hope for and not everyone is going to get the results they desire.  Remember, when you point a finger at someone three fingers are pointing back at you.

Was Michael Jackson a Drug Addict?

Was Michael Jackson a drug addict?  Probably. Did Michael Jackson die of a drug overdose? Yes.  When the news came out that Michael Jackson was a drug addict and that he died of an overdose, the media had a field day. People stopped talking about his music and instead talked about how Michael Jackson was a drug addict….

If you watch the videos of his last rehearsal you don’t see a man who is in the last hours of life. He wasn’t “out of it” from taking too many drugs.

What is the real truth about Michael Jackson’s death?

The truth is that Michael Jackson did NOT need to die.

Was Michael Jackson a drug addict?  Probably. But was it this addiction that caused his death?  Unlike DJ AM, who who recently died of a self induced drug overdose, Michael Jackson was in the care of a medical doctor who injected a combination of deadly drugs into his system.

Michael was in massive amounts of pain. He had horrible insomnia. He was under incredible stress as he prepared for his comeback tour.  Michael wasn’t looking for a “fix” or get “high” - he needed relief and relied on a medical doctor to help in get that relief.

There is no question that the drugs Dr. Murray gave him resulted in the death of Michael Jackson.  And while it’s true that Michael will be “bigger in death than he was in life” - his death came too early.

Recently the Los Angeles County coroner has ruled that Michael Jackson’s death was a homicide involving a combination of drugs.

“The drugs propofol and lorazepam were found to be the primary drugs responsible for Mr. Jackson’s death,” said a news release issued Friday by the coroner. “Other drugs detected were: midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine.”

The release said Jackson died from “acute propofol intoxication,” but said “other conditions contributing to death: benzodiazepine effect.”

Lorazepam, midazolam and diazepam are benzodiazepines.

Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson’s personal physician, told investigators that he had given Jackson three anti-anxiety drugs — lorazepam, midazolam and diazepam — in an effort to help him sleep in the hours before he stopped breathing, according to a police affidavit made public earlier this week.

Murray also told detectives he administered a dosage of the anesthetic propofol, diluted with lidocaine, to Jackson a short time before he stopped breathing, the affidavit said.

Murray told detectives he had been treating Jackson for insomnia for six weeks, giving him 50 milligrams of propofol, the generic name for Diprivan, diluted with the anesthetic lidocaine every night via an intravenous drip, the affidavit said.

Worried that Jackson might become addicted to the drug, Murray said he tried to wean Jackson from it, putting together combinations of other drugs that succeeded in helping him sleep during the two nights before his death.

So in other words, Michael Jackson was not addicted to the drug that killed him.

But on the morning of June 25 other drugs failed to do the job. Murray recounted the events to detectives in an hour-by-hour account that was detailed by Martinez:

• About 1:30 a.m., Murray gave Jackson 10 mg of Valium (diazepam).

• About 2 a.m., he injected Jackson with 2 mg of the antianxiety drug Ativan (lorazepam).

• About 3 a.m., Murray then administered 2 mg of the sedative Versed (midazolam).

• About 5 a.m., he administered another 2 mg of Ativan.

• About 7:30 a.m., Murray gave Jackson yet another 2 mg of Versed while monitoring him with a device that measures the oxygen saturation of his blood.

• About 10:40 a.m., “after repeated demands/requests from Jackson,” Murray administered 25 mg of propofol, the document said.

“Jackson finally went to sleep and Murray stated that he remained monitoring him. After approximately 10 minutes, Murray stated he left Jackson’s side to go to the restroom and relieve himself. Murray stated he was out of the room for about two minutes maximum. Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing.”

Efforts at CPR proved fruitless. Jackson was pronounced dead at UCLA Medical Center at 2:26 p.m.

So what is the real truth about the death of Michael Jackson?  Michael Jackson died of a drug overdose - but in this case it wasn’t his addiction that killed him, it was a negligent doctor that killed him.

Adam Ginsberg Complaints

Here’s a comment I found online posted by someone named Lyndon:

Looks like Adam or one of his staff has put up a webpage http://adamginsbergcomplaints.com to try and deflect the avalanche of complaints about him.

Clever tactic, but at least the independent review sites contain more than enough ammunition to make most people stay away from him.

I don’t understand why he doesn’t just give up trying to pretend he’s a legitimate eBay coach and move to another industry, start again and not rip people off this time.

What are my thoughts about these comments?  I’m glad you asked.  First of all, we have more than 14,000 customers and NONE of them are named Lyndon.  So, either we have a post by a non-student OR a post by someone who’s not confident enough in themselves to write a post and use their own name.

Second, the premise that “Adam or one of his staff has put up a webpage http://adamginsbergcomplaints.com to try and deflect the avalanche of complaints about him” is a strange one.  I read that site and thought it contained some good information, although it’s not how I’d report on my own activities or my own company.  The domain is privately registered.  This comment isn’t based on any fact - simply someone who seems unhappy that someone would come to my defense.

By the way, most “independent review sites” are owned by competitors. I am not only aware of most of them - I am equally aware of who writes these so called reviews.

Finally, Lyndon suggests that I give up trying to pretend that I’m a legitimate eBay coach.  This person has also request that I don’t rip anyone off “this time”.

Well Lyndon, I’ve sold more than $20,000,000 on eBay - that certainly qualifies me to teach people how to make money on eBay.  I’ve trainined thousands of students worldwide who are making good money on eBay - that certainly qualifies me to teach people how to make money on eBay. I’m not sure, on what basis, Lyndon would say that I’m not qualified to teach people how to make money on eBay as Lyndon isn’t a student of mine.

And, for the record, I have never ripped anyone off - ever…

I welcome any and all feedback on any experience you’ve had with our company. You can post them here or post a support ticket (if you need help in any way) at AdamGinsbergSupport.com.

The following comment was posted by Gayle Armstrong.  For the record, let me state that I have never met Gale Armstrong and other than my best selling book, she has never purchased anything from me or my company.

I read his book “how to buy sell and profit on ebay” followed his lead at the back of the book and have been highly disappointed since. I’ve been to his website and all he is trying to do is keep making money. His promises this time is free membership and downloads and when you click on the follow me links it stops at a page asking you to spend another $300 - $400 dollars. No free membership, no downloads, etc. He pushes his Ztemplates in his book but again they don’t exist. Found other places to develop a website and use on Ebay for what his site charges for a month I get a years worth of service. While his book is good his information and his greed to bilk people out of money is much better.  Be wary of anything you purchase from him.

So, from Adam Ginsberg (that’s me), what’s the real truth.  For starters, it is true that I wrote the best selling eBay book of all time called “How to Buy, Sell & Profit on eBay”.  You can get your copy here!

It’s also true that the book promotes my website and other products that I have for sale.  That is called self promotion and marketing and I can assure you is not exclusive to the book that I have written.  Anyone who purchases and reads my book will get huge value from that book that costs less than $15.

Gayle says that she’s been to my website and “all i try to do is keep making money”.  Sort of, but not accurate.  I do admit that I run a FOR PROFIT business - not a non profit charitable organization.  However, there’s nothing for sale on my website.  No eBooks, no software, no memberships. Absolutely nothing. You can’t buy anything at AdamGinsberg.com if you wanted to.

AdamGinsberg.com is an exclusive membership site for students who have purchased our training and software from a live seminar.  And, there’s no promise of a free membership mentioned anywhere on the site.

Gayle states that she has “found other places to develop a website and use eBay for what his site charges for a month I get a years worth of service.”.  Again, a statement clearly not accurate as my site membership to AdamGinsberg.com doesn’t have a monthly fee.  Oh, and how does Gayle know what value is provided at AdamGinsberg.com if she’s not a member?  Not a student? Never purchased a training program?

Gayle is correct that in my book I mention software I created called ZTemplates. Unfortunately that product doesn’t exist any longer.  The book was published in 2005 and technology has changed over the years.  We also made a strategic decision to change the name of the product to a brand that better represented the software. The brand new, updated version of that software is called Template Optimizer.

If you have an Adam Ginsberg complaint, feel free to post it here.  I’ll be happy to address it, and answer it with the truth.  As stated in my previous post, I agreed with almost everything that customer had to say.  In this case, most of what Gayle has to say isn’t accurate.

With freedom of speech online, anyone and everyone has a voice - and I think that’s great. However, it’s time to address commentary this simply inaccurate with the facts and the true.  Then, readers can make an informed decision as to who they want to work with, learn from, and do business with.
